Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 29 hours per week with an occasion for more hours being required. Some weekends and evenings.

Position Overview
Rider University’s Office of Admissions invites applications for a part-time Recruiter who will be responsible for obtaining necessary knowledge of all aspects of Rider and act as a credible spokesperson for the University in a professional and friendly manner. Counsel prospective students, review applications, make admission decisions and manage a specific recruitment territory (MD, VA, DC, and NC).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal/customer service and time management skills.
- Intermediate skill level with internet applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and vehicle required.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in higher education
- Demonstrated School Counselor or College Counselor experience
