Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Communication Services (ECS), the One Stop Shop Coordinator (OSS), is a member of the ECS team within Enrollment Management Services.

Responsibilities include ensuring the OSS provides quality customer service to current and prospective students, parents, staff, faculty and other constituents. Provide accurate information to guests including, but not limited to, basic financial aid, registration, student records and admission assistance.

This individual is expected to play a key role in fostering a positive work environment with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service. The position will also provide leadership to the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team-oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the One Stop Shop Federal Work Study student training
  • Complete D365 ticket issues (OSS)
  • Provide quality customer service by providing accurate information to customers which includes basic financial aid, registration, student records, admission data and directing customers to the appropriate person, or department, when necessary and ensuring customer resolution
  • Direct customers to information on the college website
  • Provide assistance to students with Banner Web (i.e. dropping and adding classes, paying balance, accepting aid)
  • Provide assistance in the Admissions Office by supporting prospective students
  • Provide support for daily One Stop functions (i.e. greeting constituents and efficient document collection)
  • Inform applicants as necessary of any documentation needed to complete files for admission
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree
    • 3+ years of customer service experience
      • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience and proficiency in the use of Banner and Recruiter
      • Bilingual in Spanish
