CRM Manager

Overview:

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College
invites applications for the position of CRM Manager. The Manager will serve as the in-house expert and technical correspondent with the
vendor and relevant internal constituents. The Manager will lead projects that support the application of annual updates, documentation for
system enhancements and overall oversight of the CRM. They must have general knowledge of user experience requirements for effectiveness and
a solid data orientation to create dashboards and reports from the CRM. The CRM Manager is a part of the admissions leadership
team.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement communication plans for prospects, applicants, admits and onboarding new
    students, as well as partners, utilizing the CRM.
  • Build customized reports and dashboards as needed in the CRM.
  • Create
    business process and workflow for CRM (i.e. applications for admission/events/ edits/enhancements/upgrades).
  • Support CRM-driven
    marketing and communication initiatives by creating space for the co-creation and execution of effective marketing and communication
    campaigns using CRM automation tools.
  • Serve as liaison to vendor(s) and internal constituents (such as IT).
  • Test all systems
    and sources before release to prospective students/applicants.
  • Provide Quality Assurance over the CRM content (i.e. duplicates,
    accuracy, coding).
  • Improve user experience, solve issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data integrity by utilizing best
    practice throughout the CRM system.
  • Create and maintain written documentation on standard operating procedures pertaining to the
    CRM. Provide training to faculty and staff across campus.
  • Maintain knowledgebase for chatbot.
  • Interact with users and
    offices college-wide that are linked with the student life cycle to provide support, training, and coordination with
    CRM.
  • Supervision of one full-time employee.
  • Research new AI tools that can help streamline processes and create
    efficiencies.
  • Provide excellent service through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement.
  • Support and
    contribute to meeting Department and Institutional student success goals and key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, communications, marketing, or a related
    field
  • Two years of related experience building (or working closely with) a CRM – preferably in higher education.
  • Experience
    with writing SQL queries, HTML, and Microsoft Excel desired.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integration opportunities with CRM systems
    and other campus systems like an SIS or LMS.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Experience in the development and
    execution of marketing and communication plans through a CRM.
  • Extremely detail orientated, diplomatic with an ability to exercise
    discretion and maintain privacy, critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prepare and deliver professional
    presentations. Must have the ability to make accurate and deliberate decisions in an often high-volume work
    environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • 2 years of professional experience within a college
    setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of issues pertaining to higher education and recruitment of students
  • Experience in graphic
    design and content creation.
