The Enrollment Management Specialist for External Partnerships is responsible for supporting enrollment growth through connection with profit and non-profit organizations, supporting the divisions enrollment and revenue goals.

Position Profile
Under the supervision of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management or designee, the Enrollment Management Specialist for Strategic Partnerships will support enrollment growth through external partnerships with profit and non-profit organizations. They will also advise the Associate Vice President on partner-specific needs and leveraging opportunities.
The successful incumbent will represent the University both on- and off-campus to prospective partners and students, on campus and on location. Other duties include but are not limited to; coordinates and contributes to the success of various student-visit programs designed to recruit targeted prospective applicants to the University; plans and implements recruitment activities for external partners, including travel both in- and out-of-state; program coordination including coordination and support of invitational programs, as well as some in conjunction with other campus offices; and application review.
This position requires the ability to travel to remote locations and to load and transport admissions materials, displays and other equipment. Some evening and weekend hours required, especially during the travel season.

Applicant Evaluative Criteria
Applicant profiles and supplementary materials will be evaluated for appointment based on the following:
Education:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline such as business, business and nonprofit development, institutional advancement.
Experience and Training:
Four (4) years of professional experience in a college or university enrollment management or its equivalent with at least three years of business and strategic partnership development.Substitution Allowed: Institutional advancement and business development experience focused on the creation and or expansion of existing business growth pipelines.
Ideal Candidate
Preferred
Knowledge of financial aid leveraging practices and techniques.
