Position
Summary
As an integral member of the Online Programs office, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for Online
programs will be the first point of contact for admissions needs and continuously provide an exceptional experience for prospective
students. This individual will oversee the admissions process, utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills when
corresponding with prospective students and partners, and conduct recruitment activities alongside the Director of Admissions and
Recruitment, Online Programs.
The position is responsible for activities including:
- Through innovative and proactive
efforts, ensure the annual objectives and enrollment goals of the program are met in collaboration with the Director and
team - Execute planned initiatives to identify and recruit an excellent and diverse student body
- Travel to promote programs,
engage alumni and recruit student prospects, using data to identify market and potential areas of growth - Interview and evaluate
applicants for admission - Ensure that all admitted students successfully complete prerequisites and work collaboratively with the
Student Services teams to provide top-level high-touch experience for all incoming students through matriculation - Oversees
Salesforce data governance strategy, including data sharing between external partners and Mason school - Works with the Raymond A.
Mason School of Business marketing team to ensure program information on website, collateral and social media is accurate - Support
other business school activities as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of
education/experience. - Experience working in one or more of the following: university graduate admissions or fundraising, corporate
recruiting, talent recruiting, strategic selling, higher education student services, or another relevant industry sector. - Ability to
develop and implement successful recruitment programs and design effective materials and outreach events to attract and enroll top
candidates to the online graduate business programs. - Strong sales/recruitment and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to master the prospect management system. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written,
and verbal communication skills, along with an ability to effectively promote the School and its programs. - Demonstrated ability to
evaluate quantitative and qualitative data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business,
higher education, or a related degree. - Experience in higher education student recruitment, admissions, fundraising or student
services. - Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment or sales goals.
- Proficiency with Banner, Target X, and Salesforce
software systems.

Advertised Pay Range
$64,000 to $83,000 commensurate with experience and internal
alignment.
Advertised Pay Range Statement
All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the
advertised amount considering internal alignment.
