Summary:
Responsible for attracting and enrolling
prospective students by building relationships with potential students and their families and guiding them through the admissions process.
Coordinate and execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
Principal Functional
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Outreach: Communicate admission and enrollment opportunities directly with
prospective students and their families through a variety of channels. Contact and communicate with prospective students to discuss
educational financing opportunities for one or more NEOMED academic programs. Conduct frequent regional travel to
feeder universities, employers, and recruiting fairs. Infrequently travel outside of the region.
Communication and
Engagement: Use individual judgement to evaluate and qualify the interest of prospective students to prioritize recruiting
communication. Maintain accurate and timely records of communication efforts with prospective students. Effectively use recruitment
communication systems, processes data in centralized application systems, and uses office productivity software including AI for individual
communication. Conduct effective outbound and bi-lateral communication activities on a daily basis through channels such as phone, texting,
chat, and email.
Admissions Guidance: Conduct recruiting and informational sessions for one or more
academic programs virtually, in person on campus, and in person off campus. Sessions include large group programs, small group visits and
campus tours and one on one admission counseling sessions.
Other duties: Perform other duties as
assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- Minimum one years experience in customer-facing
capacity - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing and presentation software
- Valid drivers license and
ability to travel as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Sales data system, ERP or CRM experience
- Higher education student services
