Job Description Summary
The admissions assistant will support admissions initiatives during the busy application season. This will include data entry into Salesforce and Banner, answering phones and responding to emails.
Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. The degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce/Target X is preferred.
- Experience in GW Admissions and knowledge of the Elliott School is highly beneficial.
- Customer Service-oriented and attention to detail is important is desired.
