Summary:
Assist the Universitys effort
to attract and enroll qualified students through timely and effective administration. Support prospective and accepted students through
recruitment and initial enrollment within NEOMED. Work collaboratively across the University and with key
stakeholders outside of the University community.

Principal Functional Responsibilities:
Admissions
Program Management:
Assist in the direction of enrollment management for one or more NEOMED academic
units. Liaison to one or more colleges and across many NEOMED enrollment offices for program specific admission,
enrollment & recruitment operations. Manage NEOMED admission committee logistics & communications for committee
chairs & college assistant dean liaisons for one or more colleges. Independently plan and execute virtual and in person on campus recruiting
and enrollment programs. Design and deliver content and delivery as assisted by admission recruiters and financial aid
counselors.

Outreach and Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with external
entities such as community colleges, feeder universities and pipeline agencies for recruiting & admission of post-secondary prospective
students to one or more academic programs.

Reporting and Data Processing: Produce reports and evaluate
reporting data for admission analyses. Key user and primary administrator for one or more centralized application admission systems (“CAS”).
Independently configure, manage, and process data for health profession centralized admission application systems.

Other
Duties:
Represent the admission office on university and community committees. May assist recruiters with prospective
student-facing contact and communication. May engage in limited, mostly regional, travel. Perform other duties as
assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • One years experience in a higher
    education admissions office (or related field such as another non-profit institution student-facing office or high school college
    counseling), Graduate assistantship employment accepted in lieu of full-time employment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    Suite
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in
    Higher Education & Student Affairs (or related field)
  • Three years related experience

Physical
Requirements:

Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
