The Role

Reporting to the President and serving as a member of the Senior Administrative Leadership Team (SALT), the Vice President for Enrollment Management will shape and execute comprehensive strategies to attract and enroll a talented and inclusive student body for undergraduate and MBA enrollment. This leader will oversee the offices of Admission and Financial Aid, collaborating across campus to enhance student recruitment, financial aid strategies, first year experience, and student retention.

  • Lead efforts to recruit an academically excellent and diverse student body.
  • Oversee financial aid policies to ensure accessibility while managing resources strategically.

  • Utilize data-driven insights and predictive analytics to inform decision-making.
