Student Services Specialist
The University of Tennessee’s Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Student Services Specialist with the Undergraduate Admissions. Through temporary assignment placements, Career Gateway allows the opportunity to work with various departments while gaining valuable work experience. Each assignment has differing pay rates, work schedules, and lengths of assignments. The length of assignments is subject to change. Please note that Career Gateway temporary positions do not have benefits, annual leave, or sick leave accrual.
Length of Assignment: Approximately 5 months
Work Schedule: Part-Time 30 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8-5 pm Flexibility AFTER training to have a hybrid/remote work schedule.
Rate of Pay: $16.83/hour
Candidates will need to provide their own computer/laptop.
- The purpose of this position is to evaluate credentials submitted for admission applications.
- Review applications to determine file completion and accuracy by the applicant and assisting other staff members.
