About the Job

This is a part-time (50%) 6 months temporary no-post position
in the Office of Graduate Admissions (job code 1815, Prin Operations/Student Services Specialist)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist with peak-season Admissions front-desk duties, including answering emails, phone calls (if necessary), and attending
    operational meetings with supervisor and Grad Admin Fellows
  • Assist with onboarding of a new full-time staff member
  • Coding
    institutional data for reporting purposes (ongoing GA project)
  • Other duties as assigned

WORK HOURS: 20
hrs, arranged

PAY RATE: $21.90-$22.78/hr

Qualifications

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of operations and/or student support experience.
  • Recent experience
    working in graduate admissions
  • Completed FERPA Training
  • Proficient in Slate, PeopleSoft, Perceptive Content, G
    Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role in Graduate Admissions.
