Position Summary

Visits and Operations Manager position at our Crete Campus. This role is crucial in shaping the incoming student experience by enhancing
campus visits and driving recruitment and enrollment efforts. As the Campus Visits and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for
creating positive first impressions for prospective students, providing leadership and support for tours, events, and information sessions
that shape the future of our university, and ensuring every visitor leaves informed and inspired.

Salary
Pay is determined by experience and starts at $47,000

Minimum Required
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive experience in event planning, admissions, recruitment, or
office/department management, including 3 years of supervisory experience with a focus on mentoring and supporting administrative staff and
student employees.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • A
    customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage
    multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in the areas of daily operations, event planning, and project management, with strong
    attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear, friendly, and effective communication skills, both oral and written. Ability
    to effectively connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to
    meet the needs of prospective students

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree/equivalent experience
considered

  • Knowledge of the college admissions process and higher education trends
  • Bilingual ability
    (Spanish)
  • Previous experience in virtual events
  • Experience and/or knowledge working with Salesforce, Ellucian Banner, and
    CRM software.

Working Conditions

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to
meet the needs of prospective students
